Christ Church, which is one of the most beautiful colleges at Oxford, will host The Oxford Experience this summer. It will be mainly in the form of a one-week residential program starting July 1 and will go on till August 4. The program is aimed at Americans on a vacation but is open to people of other nationalities too. If you decide to stay for a fortnight, you get free lodging and boarding for the weekend.
The choice of over 50 courses is simply delectable and includes English Castles; Spies, Treasons and Plots; Great Britons and Their Houses; Creative Writing—The Art of Lying; Shakespeare’s Romances; Jewish Life in Medieval England; Enjoying the Cotswolds; and The Public and Private Lives of British Prime Ministers.
Most of the course tutors will be native English speakers, but non-native English speakers are welcome to attend. The Oxford Experience will be priced at £820 per week for European citizens and £980 for non-European citizens.
